Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 99gt platform — including the website located at https://99gt.io, all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and any software or services provided by 99gt — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 99gt (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 99gt platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with 99gt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 99gt strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 or older.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the 99gt platform. Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order on the 99gt platform or any affiliated platform.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of 99gt and its technology or game supply partners are not permitted to hold player accounts.

99gt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. The platform may also require additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle to verify that eligibility criteria continue to be met.

Account Verification (KYC)

99gt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99gt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method that was used to make the original deposit. This policy is a fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering measure and applies without exception. 99gt does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 99gt reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal and may place a temporary hold on withdrawals during an ongoing security or verification review. In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, 99gt reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

99gt offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is advertised, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before a withdrawal can be requested. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be voided automatically.

99gt may modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. The introduction of a new promotion does not create any obligation to maintain that promotion indefinitely.

Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 99gt sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and all other available sports markets:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted when the platform confirms it with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed without confirmation are not valid and no payout obligation arises.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account.
• Obvious errors: 99gt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error, even after the event has concluded.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-event payout applies. The applicable limit is displayed on the relevant market page and may vary by sport and market type.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are subject to additional rules regarding suspension and result confirmation. 99gt reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.

Decisions made by 99gt in relation to the settlement of sports betting markets are final once the relevant event result has been officially confirmed by the governing body of the sport in question (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international fixtures).

Casino Games and Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99gt platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using the platform for any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Registering more than one account, sharing an account with another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in displayed odds to gain a financial advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or transaction processing.
• Using the platform for the purpose of professional arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the promotions offered.

Account Suspension and Closure

99gt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Discovery that a player does not meet the age or eligibility requirements.
• At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100 until reactivated or closed.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of a breach), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not returned upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met prior to closure.

Responsible Gaming
